Novel therapeutic interventions for infections caused by mycobacteria, fungi, and ESKAPE pathogens.
Murine infection model for persistence and reactivation.
Target-based screening systems for antimycobacterial drugs.
Recombinant bacterial strains to explore disease pathogenesis.
India-specific disease epidemiology and susceptibility studies.

Cell based screening using a panel of mycobacterial strains with MGIT/BACTEC system.
In vitro inhibitor screens for anti-fungal activities and against ESKAPE pathogens.
In vivo pre-clinical assays including time kill analysis.
Target-based recombinant strains for FAS-II pathway-specific screening.
Knock-down strains for screening inhibitors against selective metabolic pathways.
Structural and computational biology approaches for rationale-driven discovery
