Consent should be given by the competent authority of the institution for the following:

1.Obtained material from CSIR-CDRI contains absolutely dead animal cells, which will be utilized only for research/training purposes; but no human application.

2.Obtained material will not be distributed/ donated without the written permission from the competent authority from CSIR-CDRI.

3.CSIR-CDRI will be acknowledged appropriately.

4.If the intellectual property generated shall be dealt by a separate agreement for protection and further technology development between the CSIR-CDRI
and the organization that I represent.

5.If any funding agency is approached for further development, it would be a joint proposal with CSIR-CDRI.
